CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

The apartments are available (check-in) from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, however if they are ready earlier, we will gladly give you the keys and accompany you to the reserved apartment.
Our goal is not to leave you in a boring wait and let you into the apartment to you as soon as possible.
For arrivals on Sunday morning, you will find the apartment ready from 09.00 am until 12.00 pm.
On the day of departure (check-out) the apartment must be vacated from 8.00 am to 10.00 am.
Keys are exchanged only in the Agency in Viale Pinzon 14 (on the corner of Via Carducci 2) IGEA MARINA (Rimini-Nord).

What documents are required for check-in?

When you arrive, it is important to have the documents of all occupants.
To speed up the procedures, it is strongly recommend sending them by email one week before the arrival.

HOW CAN I BOOK MY APARTMENT, DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Our agency offers a wide choice of properties for rent, on the website each apartment has a description with various photos of the interiors/exteriors, the map with the exact location, to allow a safe and accurate choice.
Email advice with our staff, who will find the most suitable solution for you and your family's needs.
To book your apartment you will need to send us the:
  • Name and Surname
  • Full address with the street number
  • Post Code and City
  • Landline and mobile phone number

How do I know the exact price and availability of an apartment for the period I am interested in?

You can contact us for a quotation (without obligation) by filling out the request form on our website or by e-mail, indicating the number of people (adults, children, couples, teenagers, etc.), the presence or absence of animals and the size, the exact period from Saturday to Saturday.

How do you book an apartment?

After your confirmation, we will also email you the methods for sending us the deposit of approximately 30% of the agreed price and the remaining 70% will be paid upon the exchange of the keys.

DO YOU APPLY COMMISSIONS TO YOUR RATES?

There are no commissions and the price includes the consumption of electricity, water, gas.

WHEN CAN I CONSIDER MY BOOKING CONFIRMED?

Following receipt of the deposit, we will send you a communication via e-mail or via Whatsapp message.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY STAY?

The balance of the rental must be paid without fail upon delivery of the apartment, in cash, by check, by debit card, by credit card (Mastercard-Visa), or by bank transfer with currency prior to the day of arrival.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF CANCELLATION? WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ADVANCE THE DEPARTURE? In case of cancellation?

Cancellations sent at least 30 days before the start of the rental will be entitled to a refund of the deposit in the amount of 50% (or a voucher of the same amount as the deposit paid will be issued and can be used within 12 months from the date of issue). Cancellations sent beyond this limit will not be refunded.

In case of early departure?

Early departures will not be refunded.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

At the check in the client must issue a security deposit in cash of € 100.00 (€ 200.00 for groups of young people) or by check, to safeguard the furniture and furnishings in the apartment.

How is the deposit returned?

Before the refund of the deposit, the staff in charge of the inspections will check the cleanliness and tightness of the units rented. In the event of non-cleaning or damage to the property or furnishings, the deposit will be retained, except for higher costs for the restoration of the leased unit.

F YOU WANT TO LEAVE OUTSIDE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE AGENCY:

For departures outside the opening hours of the Agency, the deposit will be sent later by bank transfer.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE AGENCY?

Our offices are open every day from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 16.00 pm to 19.00 pm (on Sunday and on holidays only in the morning).
On Saturday, day of arrival and departure, we are open all day from 08.00 am to 19.00 pm.

If during my stay I need assistance with the apartment, can I contact the Agency?

Of course! Either in person or by phone, by sending a WhatsApp message or leaving a message on the answering machine.

WHERE ARE YOUR APARTMENTS LOCATED?

The apartments are in Bellaria and Igea Marina, in buildings consisting of 4/8 apartments or in Residences located directly on the beach or at a maximum distance of 300 meters from it.

ARE THEY PROVIDED WITH TABLEWARE AND HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES?

All apartments are equipped with pots, dishes, crockery, cutlery. They are fully furnished, including appliances (fridge with freezer, gas cooker, boiler for the production of hot water, TV and washing machine), some with microwave and air conditioning.
We will provide disposable sterile mattress covers and pillow covers.
The rental price of the apartments includes the costs for the consumption of water, electricity, gas.

What should I bring for my stay in the apartment?

Generally, they are not provided with iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, cleaning and home hygiene products.
The beach umbrella and deckchairs are excluded, but we have agreements with the closest bathing establishment for discounted prices for our customers.

DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?

Yes, many apartments have air conditioning included in the rental cost, the price will always be clear without final supplements.

They are assigned to the apartments based on their characteristics and equipment (air conditioning, garage, proximity to the sea, double bedroom, double bathroom ...). These apartments have a higher cost than the list price.

WHILE THE “ECONOMIC” SYMBOL, WHAT DOES IT REPRESENT?

They identify the apartments that have discounted offers or the cheapest ones, for a holiday dedicated to savings.

I HAVE A PET; CAN I TAKE IT WITH ME TO THE APARTMENT?

We offer a wide selection of apartments where small pets are allowed; they are welcomed guests, if good and clean.
To bring a pet with you it is necessary to notify us before booking in order to offer you apartments that can accommodate them.
It is required a supplement of € 70.
Final cleaning will be compulsory by the customer or at a cost of € 50.00 for the Type A apartment and € 40.00 for the Type B apartment.
The behavior of the animal must be managed by the owner so as not to disturb other guests, including the use of a leash when not in the apartment.

HOW WILL THE CLEANING OF THE APARTMENTS BE MANAGED?

The cleaning and sanitizing protocol of our apartments has been integrated with the indications of the Ministry of Health: cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces, furnishings and floors is performed with disinfectants and specific products.
The apartments will be equipped with disposable sterile mattress covers and pillow covers.
The constantly trained staff is always equipped with masks, gloves and sanitizing gel.
Due to the current anti-Covid19 legislation we cannot provide any type of linen, neither for beds nor baths.

HOW SHOULD I RETURN THE APARTMENT? THE FINAL CLEANING?

The apartment must be returned clean and tidy (including the kitchenette and utensils), without food or bottles inside, with the refrigerator turned off and the freezer compartment defrosted, with the bathroom and floors washed. Otherwise, the costs of cleaning will be charged starting from € 40.00 for the Type B apartment and € 50.00 for the Type A apartment. While for groups of young people it will be € 80.00, except for the partial or total retention of the security deposit depending on the degree of decay and dirt left.

THE KITCHEN CORNER (with attached kitchen utensils and appliances)?

Always by the customer, at an additional cost of € 20.00.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SMOKE IN THE APARTMENTS?

In respect of all tenants, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside the apartments.

HOW MUCH IS THE TOURIST TAX?

The Municipality of Bellaria-Igea Marina has decided not to apply the tourist tax to its guests.

WHAT DOES YOUR LOCATION OFFER BESIDES THE BEACH AND THE SEA?

We are in the "Riviera dei Parchi" for the large number of theme parks such as Mirabilandia, Fiabilandia, Italia in miniature, the Atlantica Water Park and Aquafan, the Oltremare naturalistic theme park, the Ferris wheel on the Port of Rimini, but there is no shortage of food and wine itineraries and cultural sites, museums, clothing outlets.
Local entertainment directly on the beach such as the Baky-Bay or the Polo Est, without counting the shops, ice cream parlors, pubs, game rooms, playgrounds for children, shopping centers, piadinerie, typical fish restaurants, events, shows and markets open-air evenings, themed evenings such as the Landing of the Saracens, the summer Carnival, fireworks, concerts, the famous Notte Rosa (Pink Night) and many other events... shops with gluten-free foods and restaurants for celiac.
Local markets on Wednesdays and Fridays, the famous little train that winds its way through the streets of all Bellaria and Igea Marina, the Tayfun motor ship for trips on the high seas…. here with us you will not be bored.

HOW CAN I GET TO YOUR LOCATION AND YOUR AGENCY?

By car:
Highway A14 exit RIMINI NORD, take the signs for Ravenna, then follow the signs for BELLARIA-IGEA MARINA, enter the state road 16, at the Bellaria exit turn right and turn left at the roundabout with the sails. Continue to the beach, turn left towards the tourist port and towards our agency up to number 14 of Viale Pinzon.
While if you have a navigator, set Via Carducci 2 Bellaria-Igea Marina (a shorter and easily accessible street in case of road closures for tourist events), which is on the corner with Viale Pinzon 14.
By train:
Bellaria Igea Marina is located on the Rimini-Ravenna coastal line, the Agency is located 1 km from the Bellaria station and 1.5 km from the Igea Marina station, where there is a taxi service, or you can take the line no. 4 (approximately every 15/20 minutes) get off at the closest stop to the harbour.
Some precautions:
- be wary when on the internet you find particularly "advantageous" offers (low prices and spectacular images). Nobody gives anything away, not even on the internet;
- if required, avoid paying the advance through money transfer services on international channels or by reloading prepaid cards. Payment must be made through circuits that guarantee effective assistance services in case of problems;
- remember that sending copies of documents does not guarantee the seriousness of sellers: these documents are often falsified, stolen or come from other internet scams having been stolen in bad faith by other consumers;
- check the reliability of the site that offers the offer by checking for any negative feedback, taking into account that scams are also made by placing ads on sites of proven reliability;
- do not proceed with the immediate sending of money but ask for the possibility to send a deposit and then settle the bill on the spot; however, it is always better to insist on an inspection, even though a trusted person, to view the apartment even for the sole purpose of testing the tenant's availability;
- ask the advertiser for all the data to be sure of the real identity (name, surname, landline and mobile phone verified);
- do not disclose any personal data or current account numbers, unless they are strictly connected or necessary for the realization of the lease contract;
- select the first 2 lines of the property description in the listing and paste it on the search engine of the site: www.google.com. If with the same description they have inserted other advertisements then you could be the victim of a scam attempt and therefore take the right precautions.
